Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Neck

I am 38 yrs old and have extream pain in neck at times I can t move my neck ROM is minimal. But for over 10 years now I can not raise my arms above head for any period of time without getting sick to stomach feeling faint dizzy and extremely weak in my arms as well as a burning sensation that comes over my neck and shoulders.

đIt sounds to me like cervical spine issue and you should do MRi scan to see is there disc hernia or degenerative vertebral changes. In most cases it can be treated with physical therapy and sometimes surgery is required.
