Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Neck While Having Goiter

I m extremely symptomatic of hyperthyroidism. I have large goiter . Having another ultrasound next week and a full cardiac work up . All my labs normal . Ammonia slightly elevated . I ve been symptomatic 6 years. But getting worse and symptoms not going away . Neck very painful goiter causing me to hold head with a tilt . At a loss and just plain sick

Hyperthyroidism is high production of thyroid hormones which causes hypercatabolism lose of weight despite high appetite, palpitations, loss motions and diarrhoea, palpitations
There is mostly evidence of enlarged thyroid in the anterior neck region.
Most of the time its not painful. Pain may indicate interferance of other structures in the neck or infection superimposed
investigation
Thyroid hormones profile confirm to confirm the levels
Full haemogramm to rule out any infections
Ultrasound to check if there is any interferance with structures around the neck.
Its important to see endocrinologist to assess you and give the necessary drugs depending on the results.
