Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Neck And Lower Back

The whole back of my neck is in extreme pain, I can not turn my head comfortably. Sleeping is also a big problem I wake up 3 times a night because of my neck. I have been also dealing with lower back pains, and was prescribed with ibuprofen which does not relief any pain.
