I have severe leg muscle pain in both legs. Same amount of pain at the same time. No desire to move legs. My doctor is baffled. Nerve tests are negative. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Taking 3 fifty milligram Tramadol tablets a day and an occasional Hydrocodone 325/APAP 7.5

Hi,

You may be suffering from restless leg syndrome or painful leg syndrome.

I don't know what is the colour Doppler of your leg, polysomnography report or your blood hemoglobin status.

It may be a radiation pain from compressive neuropathy.

Please get it done MRI spine, nerve conduction study of both lower limbs, hemoglobin level, sleep pattern test by polysomnography, serum electrolytes.

Then consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
