Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Heels

my heels hurt real bad and i hardly can walk i have changed shoes all the time i wear clogs for work and i work at a hospital thought is was concrete but its not that when i sat down it was like sharp pains in my heels and i walk up steps they hurt do you know what it could be please help they hurt real bad i know its not sugar because my sugar runs 109 and i dont have sugar
