I was roller skating and when I fell I landed on the palm of my left hand. My left hand and arm took the whole weight of the fall. I can move my hand, wrist, and fingers fine (however I m a left handed student and cannot write with a pencil or hold anything even remotely heavy) but I can barely move my arm. My elbow will not allow my arm to straighten all the way or bend all the way either. It%27s stuck in a position that is half bent. I cannot twist my arm either way without pain. Pressing into the middle of my palm sends pain up through my arm and the pain reaches from my hand to the middle of my upper arm. What exactly did I hurt in my arm%3F Will I eventually get the normal movement back%3F
