Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Foot After Injury

I am a dance instructor..was practicing today and landed hard on my foot. Felt immediate pain so we stopped for a minute and Then decided to keep going. After an hour it started to hurt severely. The top of my foot hurts and it hurts to bend it. Hard to walk on

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
You should do xrays first to rule out possible fracture so you need to see doctor first. If this is not fracture you should rest,apply ice and keep leg elevated. Also,take nonsteroid painkillers.
