Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Feet And Legs
Ihave painful feet & legs every day some days worse than others. My doctor have prescribed Panadol osteo which does nothing.I have had tests & they say its muscle pain & that walking is good for it but some days I cant walk very far what would you suggest?

Hello,
It can be done by other medicine. take tablet ibuprofen twice a day after breakfast. Have a test of vit B12. if it's low then take a supplement. Also, you can have hot water compression for better relief.
