Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Arms And Stiffness

I m 29 and broke my hand (boxers break) three years later it hurts like it just happened and it sends a sharp pain up my arm to my neck so bad I can t move. What s the problem and what are my options? I also get stiffness and minor swelling in my hand.

Arm pain is due to a number of points ,as per history if it is due to trauma or broken bone ,please send your x ray report and as per report it will be decided whether to manage in conservative way or any SurgicalTreatment needed.During pain you can take ibufropen+ paracetamol. Combination 3 times with antacid .Give a compression bandage to the area and give heat in heating pad.
