Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Anus

Hi im worrying about my anus pain lately its been a week now. I didnt know what caused it, i didnt have any sexual intercourse involving my anus. I never did anal and my anus is hurting. Can you figure out why? I ve done a research on hiv symptoms and the symptoms that i have are my anus pain and rashes on my left foot. Do you think i have it?

The anal pain is not the feature of HIV. You might have misinterpreted information from your search. The classical sign of HIV are diarrhea, weight loss, prolonged fever etc. If you have suspected history of HIV than rule out by Elisa testing for HIV. The anal pain could be due to proctitis like inflammation or piles problem. You need to do your proctoscopy examination to check for presence of piles. According to cause specific treatment given.
