Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Abdominal Area

I know it s impossible to diagnose this way, but would welcome your opinion. I have a somewhat constant low-level pain in my right abdomen. The pain level is barely a 1 or a 2 but gives me concern. I suspect it is in the liver area, as the pain seems to radiate over a large area in the right side, down quite a way. Fact: I drink to much alcohol, and have been consuming to much liquor, as well as beer on a daily basis. I only drink in the evening, but never the less, I do. I have regular blood panels at least once a year, and my liver tests are in the normal range. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
