Hello,

To treat severe pain in the pelvic area stay well hydrated, avoid constipation and do not over exaggerate yourself. Take antacids and Baclofen (muscle relaxer and anti-spasmodic), one SOS when required. Severe pain in the pelvic area are commonly due to pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, UTI, ovarian cysts, etc.

Such symptoms can also be due to IBS or gastritis, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist. Get all blood tests done. Get all required imaging tests ( X-ray, CT , MRI, etc) done. Get Urinalysis (R/E and C/S ) done. You will be treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
