Hello,

You have been suffering from sciatica and have pain in the left leg, from the top to the calf. You have also developed bruise that is large. You can apply Ointment Thrombophob, on the area affected to reduce and disperse any blood clots under the skin. You can get X-ray (to reveal an overgrowth of bone (bone spur) that may be pressing on a nerve), MRI / CT or EMG (to confirm nerve compression caused by herniated disks or narrowing of your spinal canal (spinal stenosis) done. So that treatment of the cause can be done at the earliest.

Get connected to a physical therapist, you will be directed to do certain exercises to correct your posture and to strengthen the muscles supporting your back. Exercises help to improve your flexibility. Sciatica is treated by corticosteroids injections to help reduce pain by suppressing inflammation around the irritated nerve. Get clinically examined by a GP, get blood and imaging tests done. You will be treated with anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxants, etc. If needed your treating doctor will suggest surgery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

You are suffering from sciatica, pain radiates to the calf and legs. You have developed a bruise that is large. You have history of fibromyalgia. You are developing bruises, it is due to fibromyalgia. FM sufferers fight with amnesia, clarity of thinking and more. It is likely that certain accidents during the day that might have produced bruising were just forgotten. Due to the absence of sleep, muscles take longer to restore and regenerate after micro wounds or trauma. Take adequate quality sleep, take multivitamins or home made nutritious food to restore vitamin deficiencies.

Apply ointment Thrombophob, on the area affected to reduce the bruise. Get clinically examined to assess muscle strength and reflexes. Get tests and investigations like X-Ray, MRI, CT, EMG and blood works, Nerve conduction velocity tests, done. Sciatica is treated with anti-inflammatory medicines, muscle relaxants, physical therapy. Steroids and surgery may be recommended if necessary or required. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
