Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Knee

Hi, I have severe pain in my right knee. This could be caused due to prolonged driving in heavy traffic conditions. I found the symptoms to be similar to that of Chondromalacia Patella . I have started with NICIP tablets. Please let me know if any thing else can be done to not aggravate the condition of my knee.

Hello,

I recommend taking naproxen for some days. If the pain persists, I recommend consulting with a rheumatologist for a physical exam. Performing some tests (inflammation tests and a knee MRI) may be needed.
