Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Foot And Shoulder Due To Injury

Hello, I am a 20 year old male and over the past couple of years, I have had a few physical health problems that never really seemed to get better. I used to be a great athlete and played multiple sports throughout my life, and never really had any problems until April 2013. I was playing a rugby game when someone on the other team fell on my foot. It was instantly painful, and couldn t walk for the weekend, but I got X-rays and they were negative for any time of fracture/break or any kind of structural damage. But it has been incredibly painful ever since to just walk or use my foot at all (specifically the ball where the big toe connects to the main part of the foot). I saw physiotherapists and they were not able to do anything about it. So I became used to it and never again attempted to fix the foot. In November 2013, I had a gate close on my left index finger, and once again, no structural damage, yet to this day, it is incredibly painful and I was forced to stop playing guitar because I can simply cannot play to the same level without pain. Then in February of 2014, an injury to my shoulder occurred. I worked at Costco on the night shifts, which involved restocking thousands of items a night. One day, out of the blue, my shoulder just hurt incredibly bad, with no trauma to it at all and like the other times, MRI and X-Rays showed no structural damage. Doctors told me it was tendinitis due to the repetitive stress on the rotator cuff that my job allowed. Every time I saw a doctor, they told me it would take a couple sessions and everything would be back to normal. But here I am a year and 6 physiotherapists/chiropractors later, and the pain is 10x worse; I can hardly drive or brush my teeth. In the summer of that year, I was playing soccer and I was in net and the soccer ball grazed off my finger and half a year later it is still incredibly painful. For all of these injuries I was given Naproxen, and Meloxicam, both anti-inflammitories. Unfortunately, all medications I have ever been prescribed have a history of not working at all; no benefits and no side effects, despite taking increasingly high doses to see how it would effect me. Whether pain medication, allergy medication, or depression medication (I don t think I have depression, I have no other symptoms than being incredibly sad which I contribute to my unfortunate life situation), they have never worked. Even with scars and marks on my skin, they never go away either, I am not sure if that s related. So here I am, and a couple days ago, my other shoulder out of the blue has just completely been blown up. It hurts 10x more than the other one with absolutely no trauma. I have been trying to stress to my many doctors about how there has to be some kind of underlying cause for all of these very minor injuries, left unhealed, turning into major defects; but they just dismiss me and I trust them because I haven t been to medical school for 8 years. I am really at the end of the line here, I haven t been happy in two years, it hurts me to move in every possible way, and every doctor just does the same bullcrap You ll be better in two weeks routine without listening to my concerns about a major underlying problem. Hell even a Vitamin deficiency or an Auto-Immune disease or something has to be present, because there s no way the body of a once, incredibly healthy 20-year old is imploding for absolutely no reason. Is there anything you can think of that would cause all of these physical problems with basically no trauma at all and then not heal them whatsoever? Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, I appreciate it so much. Sincerely, Nicholas Mouti
