Hi there, five months ago I woke up with pain the the front of my left foot, this persisted and worsened over a couple weeks and then I began to have pain in the from of my right foot. About two months after this I began to experience pain and stiffness and lack of range of motion in my hands as well. This has now effected my knees and shoulders, wrists and ankles,. I am so stiff in the morning and in acute pain. I am 35 and previously very independent. I now find everything hard. Panadol does not get rid of the pain but reduces it. It has amazed me how over four to five months I have gone from ending normal to now having pain just about everywhere and such stiffness, especially in the morning. My hands are terrible. Is this arthritis? Why is it so bad and all over my body and so painful? Everyone I talk to says they have a little bit of arthritis in two fingers or just in ther feet or something but mine is now almost all over my body except my spine and neck. Is this normal for arthritis? Could it be an infection or virus? Thanks
