Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Cough In The Chest Area
I have constant pain under my right breast and cough up thick white mucus after being outside. The pain discomfort continues down the right rib cage During the night I am awakened by shooting pain through my core section and often in this area is a twisting sensation that awakens me and the only way to stop this is to get up and walk until it subsides.
A cough with expectoration with pain in the chest may be due to infection in the lungs or pleurisy or cardiac pain or intercostal muscle spasm etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Use tablet amoxiclav 625 mg twice a day for five days. Use Paracetamol in case of pain. If symptoms not improved get it done a chest x-ray and ECG then consults your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
