Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain After Fracturing Toes
my father 85 yrs old fell and got his toes fracture, a cast was put on, after complaining of severe pain doctors had the cast removed, they discover that the foot was burnt, they said its called cast burn its about 4 months now and the foot has not healed. what medication can i use or what can i do to heal his wound. he also has poor circulation.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be non healing ulcer better to get done the blood sugar test it is very important if this is turned to be diabetes then it need to be managed accordingly, if this is not the diabetes then simple sterilized dressing would be helpful, hope this helps, and have a nice day.
