Suggest Treatment For Severe Oral Thrush Infection

My sister recently finished her chemotherapy and radiation treatments for neck cancer. She has had a severe oral thrush infection for the past 6 weeks, reaching all the way down through her esophagus. She doesn t seem to be responding to the antifungal treatments prescribed by her oncologist. What sort of specialist should she seek out?
