Suggest Treatment For Severe Nose Bleed

For the past six days I have had at least one heavy nose bleed each day. Often waking up during the night with my nose pour blood, which then takes over an hour to stop. I am wondering if I should take iron due to blood loss. Will that help stop the blood loss or speed the clotting.

Iron will not at help in prevention of Blood loss. For me this is a serious thing and u should undergo Nasal endoscopy and CT Scan both as early as possible.
