Suggest Treatment For Severe Nose Bleed Of A 7 Year Old

My 7 year old son has severe nose bleeds. They did a culture and said nasel staph . They gave us muporocin . Nose bleeds still occur and his hands get little white air blisters then they start peeling. Family Doc say not to be worried, but i cant help but be worried.Thanks in advance. Single Dad

Silver nitrate cauterisation of bleeding vessels if located.
Better consult ENT surgeon for proper treatment .
