Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain That Radiates To The Head

my neck hurt very badly. It has hurt a long time but there have been so many more urgent illneses. Right now i can hardly turn my neck to right.it radiates up giving me a headahe. The templase on each side of my face hurt. The pain in my neck radiates down to thr upper part of my arms, It especially hurts at night bcause I cannot fin a pillow what support my neck.

I would start with a diagnosis with MRI of the cervical spine.

Your symptoms suggest a "pinched" nerve in the neck, or "cervical radiculopathy".

Then physical therapy, or steroid injections, or surgery can be discussed.
