Hello and Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I will try to the best of my ability to help you with your concern.

As per your query you have canker sore . Canker sore is mucosal reaction to various things like hot and spicy food, acidic food , sea food , dental appliances and nuts . There can be other reasons also like deficiency of vitamin B12 , folic acid and some underlying disease like crohn's .

Usually they go away without any treatment .

I would suggest you to :-

- Find out what exactly causes these ulcer like food allergens .

- Maintain proper oral hygiene and do mouthwash rinses (listrine) twice a day .

- Rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide mix with equal amount of water .

- Start multivitamin supplement specially containing vitamin B12 and folic acid .

If condition doesn't resolve in two weeks then consult oral pathologist for proper diagnosis .

Doctor may order blood test or biopsy .

He/she may prescribe corticosteroide ointment , antibiotics (metronidazole) or antihistamine drug .

I hope it helps.
Thanks
