Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been having migraine headaches that come on in the middle of the day and last into the evening. They are usually combined with a nauseous feeling and intensified by bending or looking down. I have taken Excedrin for them, but it does not work well. What would be the best way to handle this?
Your symptoms are typical of migraine attack. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Tramadol for pain relief. Avoid sleep deprivation as it will provoke another attack.
If symptoms persists better to consult a physician and start on drugs like Triptan.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Shinas Hussain,
