hello there.thanks for writing your query to HCM.
i have gone through your query and will give advise regarding the same.yeah, migraine can be an annoying condition

i would recommend you to take sumatriptan tablet which is most effective for migraines and is available as 25mg/50mg and 100mg and maximum permissible dosage is 200mg a day.
You can also take propanolol 5mg twice daily on such days.

i would advise taking above medications only if you have two or more episodes in a week constantly and is not resolved by ibuprofen or paracetamol.

For nausea associated with migraine, please take metoclopramide tablet as and when needed and restrict to maximum twice a day.usually a single one would suffice.

diarrhea is not frequently seen with migraine and if present ,make sure you stay hydrated;medications are needed only if they are associated with severe abdominal pain or fever or multiple episodes of loose stools on more than one day .

hope i have clarified your query and hope it helps.
followup if any doubts are there.take care.good day
