Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine Headaches

My Rheumatologist prescribed Colchicine to see if it would help with acute pain in a couple of my finger joints. I have RA and already take Hydroxychloroquine and Methotrexate. My fingers have become a problem in the last year or so. I have been on the Colchicine for about 3 months. I also have periodic migraine headaches. I take Zomig for those as needed. They have been less frequent recently, but since Sunday, I have had a bad headache everyday this week. The only thing different in my routine is the Colchicine. Could it be contributing to the headaches?
