Suggest Treatment For Severe Menstrual Cramps

Hi, My name is Anna and I am trying to find a way to alleviate the pain from my menstrual cramps (they have always been bad, since i was about 16); it affects my life significantly for a week a month. I recently had hip surgery a few months ago, and since then I have been taking a naproxen/ibuprofen and Tylenol to help with the residing hip pain. Due to that and on top of my sever menstrual cramps, I have to take so much of these OTC meds that I ve even developed an ulcer from all the Nsaids. Is there something that I could be prescribed that could alleviate my pain but which does not have these Nsaids in them?
