Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

Hi, I m having severe lower back pain that flares uncontrollable when I stand up, and it takes a minute or two before I m able to walk without support. The pain radiates down my legs, and my left leg especially feels weak and tingly sometimes. What should I do?
