Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

I d been losing weight, but now I ve gained almost all of it back without changing my diet or activity levels. My lower back hurts on the left side most of the time. My breasts have started hurting and feel slightly firmer than normal. I ve had a few spots of excess hair in a couple places (not face). I have an IUD so I know it s not that. What is going on with my hormones?!

Hello,

I can understand your concern. The symptoms you are experiencing like hair growth change, weight gain, back pain, sore & firm breasts are all associated with insertion of IUD. You may experience it for up to 3 months and the effects may decrease with time. So do not worry about them as long as they are not debilitating your life quality.

If the symptoms worsen, you may need to consult your gynecologist.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Take care.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
