Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

Hi I m suffering from lower back pain for last 5 years but now it s at its worse. I ve had MRI scan done twice and both times they found same diagnosis. Lumbar lord s is, L4/5 disc degenerative and faster wear & tear. I m 47 years of age male, 142kg weight 5.11 height BMI 43 Due to my pain my mobility has become very limited, I can t stand upright for more than 5/10 minutes in one position. The pain starts from the left side back waist line then travels accross towards the right side then through the buttocks down the right leg, the left leg starts to go numb and get pins and needle then if I don t sit down within minutes of pain starting I will fall down. I m taking the following medications: Lisinopril 20mg x 2 once a day Tramadol 50mg x 2 four times a day Nortryptyline 25mg x 1 once a day Paracetamol 500mg x 2 four times a day Ceterizine 10mg Onmeprazole 20mg once day Orlistat 120mg x 1 three times a day. Diazepam 5mg (as required) I m under treatment by the pain clinic, special weight management program, physiotherapy and home physio stretching exercises. I have visited acupuncturist, osteopath and got temporary relief, I m going to see a chiropractic this Friday 9th Oct 2015 I get daily massages which help and also used mckenzie night roll, tense machine, magnetic belt, Etc. your problem is mostly because of your gross overweight
it will be advisable if you consider bariatric surgery to manage your weight rapidly and then tackle your back issue
