Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Abdominal Pain

I recently over dosed and the last two days since I left the hospital my right lower part of my stomach where your appendix is at i don t have a fever but I have pain and feeling like something tearing every time I try to move. The pain started close to belly button and now only on lower right side im not for sure if I should go to the hospital and if it is appendix how many days until it burst

Yes, you should definitely go to emergency room and get done clinical examination and ultrasound abdomen. This will identify if it is appendicitis or something else. If it is appendicitis then urgent surgery is needed. There is no specific time for rupture of appendicular abscess. Better not to wait.
