Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Abdominal Pain During Periods

hello, i am 27 year old female i am having periods from yesterday but in morning i am suffring from severe lower abdominal pain. i took cyclopam and combiflam but still its paining same pain hapens few years back otherwise its not paining that much nowdays

Hi.. Looks like you are suffering from dysmenorrhea. If I were your treating physician, I would have prescribed meftal(mefenamic acid)250mg three times a day instead of combiflam. My advise is "NOT to take mefenamic acid beyond 3 days unless you have unbearable pain". Mefenamic acid is found to be more useful in this type of pain. Hope this helps.
