Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Sprain

Hello Sir, my mother suffering from knee sprain last 20 years but still there is no feel comfort her knee sprain. kindly suggest me the appropriate solution so that i can do the needful for my mother. waiting for ur s prompt reply Kind Regards,Fuzail

Thanks for posting on HCM
Chronic knee pain may not be due to a sprain.Knee osteoarthritis is a more probable cause.I will suggest you try the following:
-A pain drug like acecliofenac
-A myorelaxant like miorel
-A local pain gel like arthritex gel
-Rest
If these measures do not help, you see the Doctor for examination and if need be, other treatment options like steroid shots, physiotherapy or surgery may be considered.
