Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Considering your case there are two possibilities 1. Cervical disc prolapse with cord compression 2. Carpal tunnel syndrome on both sides. Rheumatoid arthritis is less likely. For confirming diagnosis two investigation are required 1.MRI of cervical spine with screening of whole spine 2. EMG NCV of both upper limbs. Both are very important and helpful I'd diagnosis of and differentiation of both conditions. So first get this both tests done. Visit expert neurologist with report.
