please help me get something resolved. I am also experiencing sijoint inflamation and pedendual pains. Still nothing has been done. without coontrast l5s1............THERE IS A VIRTUAL COMPLETE LOSS OF DISK SPACE HEIGHT. Prominent posterior and anterior osteophytic spurs are identified with a prominent poterior disk-osteophyte compllex. This results in mild central spinal stenosis with some lateral recess stenosis bilaterally. There is a moderate bilateral nueral foramenal stenois, somewhat worse on the right. Mild bilateral facet arthrosis is Also noted. l4-l5............There is a partial disk desication with small central disk protrusion, resulting in mild focal indentation of the anteriar thecal sac. There is a small lateral reccesss stenosis bilaterally. Mild to moderate ligamentum flavum thickening is seen along with mild facet arthrosis bilaterally. These findings contribute to borderline central spinal stenosis. There is no significan nueral foraminal stenosis. CONCLUSION; 1 ADVANCED degenerative disk disease at l5-s1 with braud based posterior disk osteophyte complex and moderte bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. Borederline central spinal stenosis. 2. Mild disk desication and spinal cebtral protrusion at l4-l5 with borederline central spinal stenosis

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
