HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

ESR is a non specific inflammatory marker, this means it can be increased if there is any reason for inflammation in the body.

Inflammation can be due to allergies, infections, trauma or more serious causes.

The itching rash would cause an increase in ESR.

The itching and rash on the palm may be due to a type of eczema. Using topical steroids may help you.

A dermatologist (skin specialist) , may be able to help diagnose and treat you.

I hope this helps
