Suggest Treatment For Severe Itchiness On The Feet

I have the worst itch at times that last way to long to suit me inside my feet. I am a bad diabetic and not sure if that has anything to do with it. I just want relief plz. It flares up with no reason that I can think of. Is there a way to stop this when it starts?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, since , you have itching without rash and you are a diabetic, the cause most likely appears xerosis.
I would adv you to wash your feet with dermadew soap, apply moisturex soft cream twice daily on ur feet on a daily basis.
If itching is uncontrollable, i would suggest taking an antihistamine tab allegra 180 mg.
plz consult ur physician for control of blood glucose (diabetes is the mother of many conditions)
Thanks
Take care
