Suggest Treatment For Severe Itchiness On The Breast

Hi, I have a lump roughly the size of a blueberry inside my right elbow crease, sometimes I have numbness or mild pain in that area and shoots all the way up to my biceps. The same pain I felt about a ear ago in my armpits and that came with severe itching on both my breasts.

Hello,
I can understand your concern for the severe itchiness on the breast with lump in the armpit area. After reviewing your query it appears to be related to scabies secondary infection. It is better to just check if there is itching in the similar family members also.
In my patients I suggest them to use Permethrin 5 % cream all over body below neck area. A single application gives immediate relief within 12 hours. An antihistamine tablet such as loratadine or cetrizine can be taken to reduce the tendency to itch. I suggest you to meet a dermatologist to take further guidance.
All the best.
