Suggest Treatment For Severe Itchiness In The Penis Area

Myballs were very itchy and felt very good to kinda pinch and scratch the itchy area about week ago. Now spreading to penis and fore skin part swelling.... noticed this morning. I do a lot of walking and work on my job and had sex before these symptoms with my partner but not ever since rash started week ago. Just took a diflocen pill today and putting lamictal spray on area.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to yeast infection. Taking Diflucan (fluconazole) weekly once for 1 month is good for this. You can also apply topical anti fungal ointments like miconazole or terbinafine locally. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area as it can cause more irritation. Instead you can use saline or warm water. If no improvement then consult your GP or Dermatologist to rule out other conditions and to to manage it.
