As per your complain you have sleeping problem .
I will like to give you some suggestion like...
Fix your sleeping and wake up time.Take a eight hour sleep.
Avoid day time sleeping.
Don't delay a sleeping.
Don't take heavy meal at night time.
Avoid tea and coffee at night.
Depression and tension affected your sleep.
Do some relaxation by listening music,reading...etc
Take warm water milk at night .
Avoid more tv and mobile use at sleeping time.
Meditation and
yoga also helpful.
Use a bad only for night time sleeping not for other activities..
After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent
psychiatrist for further treatment.
Try to do a habit of sleeping without sleeping pills.
Consult a doctor..
