Suggest Treatment For Severe Hip Pain
I have serious nerve pain from the right hip and down the whole nerve train. I have had three lots of quartizone over three years to 4-5-6 vertebrae and it feels like a bone chip has moved 20mm from the spine.I have been diagnosed as having austio arthritis. What form of treatment would you recommend to stop the pain. It is extreme 24 hours a day.

Most probably it will be neuropathic pain like sciatica or nerve impingement.
As first-line management, you can take drugs like gabapentin for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI spine.
