General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. As per your history please follow my advise below:

1) Take [3a-PAN D ] once a day

2) Take B-12 injection 4 times per week up to one month then once a month

3) Do exercise to reduce weight

4) Avoid tight fitting dresses

5) Make a list of all foods that trigger heartburn

6) Try to eat small meals

7) Do not lie down to sleep after eating, wait for at least 3 hours

8) While sleeping raise your pillow 6-9 inch

If above methods by medication fails then last method is surgical treatment [NISSEN FUNDOPLICATION OR LINX]

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
