Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have gone to the ER for severe heartburn/acid reflux. I have done everything they asked me to do and I was taking the Maalox and Pepcid as prescribed. I am still having the issue. What else can I do to fix the problem? I just had an episode tonight (11/13/14) and I tried to eat some oatmeal. Please help. Im 29 years old and have had blood work done since I got released from jail. Could it also be that my diet has changed as well from being in 1 environment to another?
