Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches, Dizziness And Nausea Post Injury

I have a concussion pantry cabinet fell on my head over 4 weeks ago went to the emergency room was diagnosed with a concussion and severe neck pain. Was given medication headache for headaches inflammatory medication pain medication . I m still experiencing severe headaches dizziness nausea all of the symptoms of a concussion and I m waiting to see a neurologist I was told that there was no bleeding of the brain but my brain this shift

can take symptomatic treatment for all pain but watch for brain injury symptoms like nausea vomiting and pupil size . if such changes are observed then take MRI brain and consult neurologist.till such time be on bed rest.
