Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches And Pelvic Pain

I have a pain on my right side, was always told it was endometriosis related. I m on birth control now so the endometriosis pain has settled down drastically but there is still this pain on my right side. My OBGYN said it s not OBGYN related. I ve had my appendix taken out already. In addition to my pain, I ve had severe sinus problems that my specialist can t explain, I have pounding headaches said to be tension headaches almost 2-3 times a week now. Some times takes 3 days before they go away. I feel dizzy and often times sick to my stomach almost once a week for unknown reasons. Could all these symptoms be related to something wrong? What doctor should I see next? What tests should I ask for? In the past when I complain about pelvic pain they blame it on endometriosis. My OBGYN says this is not related it s something else.
