Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches And Difficulty In Swallowing Food

Can t swallow food and barely even water,sometimes it backs up through my nostrils. Been going on since 10 days. Did a triathlon in fresh water lake, experienced an earache with severe headache and then settled in my throat. I m on antibiotics, went to hospital twice had CT done of throat was neg. Not getting any better. Very scared and frustrated . Any ideas?

make sure your ear canal is clear and not blocked South water our foreign body
warm water saline gargles might help
Take only semi solid diet
Get endoscopy done if it's not contra indicated
