Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache, muscle Spasms And Twitching

My husband is 32 and we cant afford insurance to find out what wrong, but he has
been randomly sick for 2 months. He has been getting strange headaches that
feels like one vein in his head spasms and causes a severe pain. They do not
last long but they come on suddenly. He has also been getting dizzy and
nauseous to the point of vomiting. He gets cold sweats and he also gets frequent
muscle spasms and twitching. The last time he was able to go to the doctor
about 2 years ago he was told that he was borderline diabetic, his blood sugar
was very high and that he has an ulcer. He is now taking Prilosec for his
heartburn and ulcer. These are very strange and random symptoms to what we
don't know and can't afford to find out... any help to know where to start would
be much appreciated.
