Hello..well i need some help. The other night i went to bed with some slight head pain..and i have had a history of migrains and they are horrible but that was when i was a young girl so i wasnt too worried about it. Anywho- the next morning i woke up with my head throbbing! I didnt even want to move! After being awake for 10 minutes or so i had thrown up twice in 15 minutes, but i didnt feel sick. At all?! Almost three days later and i still have a headache..i have been dizzy..and my stomache has not been so well..its like i dont even want to eat everything sounds gross..can u help me and tell me what this might be? I really want to sleep and this headpain is making it darn near impossible!

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having an attack of Migraine. I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor to rule out other causes of throbbing headaches.
You should also get your blood pressure monitored and if the problem persists, get an MRI of head and neck done.
You can take paracetamol 500 mg along with Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg for relief. Further medical management can be planned after a clinical evaluation by your doctor.

Avoid being empty stomach for long periods. Also take proper sleep at nights.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
