Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

i'm feeling my head becomes very heavy and also some part it is having head-ache. when i'm taking the breath some times one nose is working and some times another one. i'm feeling that something is there inside of my nose. whenever i stands after sitting for more then a minute i'm feeling blank.

welcome to hcm,
your headache is because of sinusitis .if i were your treating physician i will recommend doing Xray PNS and CT Pns for confirming the diagnosis and based on the severity of the disease i will advice you for either medical management with nasal decongestants antibiotics and pain relievers
or the second option is endoscopic sinus surgery.
