Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

Yes my granddaughter got hit in the forehead with a soccer ball at a soccer game yesterday. She stated to the referee she was fine. After the game she started getting a headache. I gave her her migraine and it relieved it. This morning she got up with a headache again and I gave her her migraine medicine again but still has a headache. Shoul I take her to the ER?

Yes immediately needs to go to er ..also is there any nose or ear bleed .......he needs to get a ct scan of brain as early as possible...it is very important to rule out any internal bleed
.
